PCB Assembly Manufacturing

Langensee provides comprehensive contract PCB assembly services tailored to meet diverse business needs, from single-unit prototypes to small and medium production runs. Our advanced pick-and-place equipment handles a wide range of component sizes, including 01005, BGA, µBGA, QFP, LED, and fine-pitch QFP, ensuring precision and reliability. In our THT facilities, we offer flow, selective and hand soldering, all performed by IPC-trained operators.

Box-Build

As a mechatronics full-service provider, we manufacture multilevel assemblies and box build to customer specifications.

LCD/HMI, cables and harnesses, housings, test benches, final functional tests, packing and logistics worldwide: Langensee completes products to the final pack-out level even with shipping services to avoid the hassle of additional warehousing and logistics. We cover the complete value-added chain – quick and flexible.

Testing, X-Ray & Certifications

We provide end-to-end support, from feasibility studies to fully engineered solutions, including complex test concepts and in-house production of test equipment. Our team develops tailored software, hardware, and complete test tools, working closely with clients to optimize test concepts for design-for-testability (DFT). We integrate customer-owned test systems seamlessly and offer advanced capabilities such as Flying Probe, AOI, ICT, X-RAY inspection, environmental testing, and full functional tests. Additionally, we conduct safety and reliability testing, CE approvals (EMC, EMI, RFI), and specialize in embedded systems, mechatronics applications, and production process optimization.
